SCQuilters at the Blue Gum Pub yesterday, lots of lovely SCQuilters that I have missed seeing for the last few gatherings because I've been just too busy and important! :-)

You have no idea how long it takes some people to get ready for a Photo Shoot  :-)  But no worries Pennie and Annie achieved it in the end.

Emma was there with a beautiful mini Fuchsia plant struck by the clever Lynne.

Heather and Robyn, behaving for once!

What a happy grin Cath has today...

Emma was there... along with Liz.

The Threesome were there...  Rita, Glynis and Lynne... look out everybody!

Stephanie and Marilyn...  trying to look innocent!

And Emma was there, with a little doll I knitted and gave to her... Emma's named her 'Penniedarling',  my 3 3/4 year old grandson had named her Isla.

Busy, busy and just as busy as usual.

Annie's Hexagons and below Annie's little sewing kit.

Cath is making something really interesting with these Hexagons.

Emma's Hexi Christmas Decoration, what a clever idea.

Glynis was binding these three little quilts for charity, she's machine quilted them herself... Wow!

Below is the back of this one above.

Looking good Heather, just a couple of smiles to go.
Lizzie's wonderwork is moving along, a lot more done since I saw it last.

Lynne finishing off a couple of old Christmas decorations.

Lynne was also working on this little piece for one of her grand daughters...  I wonder what her name starts with??
I am knitting this jumper for my DS2 Gwilym, it is the 6th time I've knitted this Aran pattern so I know it off by heart now.

Rita was making Christmas Decorations and below putting bells on her bunting.

Robyn continues working on her lovely bright quilt block by block.

Ruth crocheting up another masterpiece.

Marilyn was Hexing as well.

We're a weird mob that's for sure, we call ourselves Quilters but very rarely does one see someone actually quilting... we do cover a wide range of handy skills don't we.   What would be a new name for us I wonder...  Any ideas??

Show, Show, Show and Tell... Here's some wonderful Christmassy Show as well as some not so Christmassy Show and Tell.

Guess who enjoyed a delicious glass of red with her Pizza???

Lynne had the right idea when I asked for Christmas Show and Tell, she's made all these sweet little decorations over the years, aren't they lovely.  I should have bought some of mine.

I tried to get a decent photo of this lovely little decoration of Lynne's... not good but you get the idea.

Emma bought a beaut Christmassy table runner.

I love love love this quilt of Marilyn's, I'm making one just like it next year...
The back looks pretty good as well.

Stephanie's quilt is looking wonderful, as I look closely I realize that I started something like this many years ago and I'm afraid I now have to admit that it might not be a WIP any more but a UFO... oh the shame!   that means I have another project for next year.

This is my 2007 Row by Row Christmas quilt...  I love it but it's not the sort of thing I leave hanging all year.
I was going to bring along this little wall hanging I made many moons ago and share the candy canes... but I forgot...  Oh well I will just have to eat them all myself... or wait till Grandchildren arrive.

Below are the three little dolls I knitted.

Robyn had some lovely Christmassy Bunting she'd made, double sided Bunting.

Robyn also bought along a couple of her other Christmassy quilts she's made over the years.

I do not for a minute understand how exactly Selina made this wonderful bag!  There are leather bits and all, she's incredible.

25 of us lovely ladies at the Blue Gum yesterday and it was another very busy day.

Knitting and crocheting are still proving very popular at the moment. Lessons in crochet were being conducted at opposite ends of the room.

Annie was knitting this clever little rug where you cast on and off within the colour you're working on and don't have to 'sew' your blocks together at the finish.

She also had this lovely crochet piece with her as well.

Becky was working on this knitted shawlette

Kate with her stepped knitted shawl

Lynne working on her crochet project

Lyn was demonstrating her crochet project to Robyn

Robyn was creating her own under Lyn's tutelage
