Some of us bought our Double Delight Mystery quilts or blocks... all agree that we love them and all of us agree that it was mind numbing work but well worth it. Some SCQuilters who couldn't make it to the Blue Gum sent photos which I have included. Enjoy... cheers Pennie

P.S. Comment from Bonnie... Thank you so much for sending the link to your blog! I am SO SO SO impressed with the quilts! Please tell the ladies that I saw them, and I love them each and every one! (And yes, sometimes mind numbing is WORTH IT! *LOL*)In Stitches ---Bonnie

I'm almost scared to say this in case I'm right - Jill from Thornleigh.

Hi Pennie, Sadly had to miss this gathering because I was in isolation in St Vincents with shingles in my head and eye AND chicken pox (go figure?) for 10 days. Double Delight still a WIP and no sewing being done - or blogging (people must think I've dropped off the edge of the earth!) - as I still have a horrendous headache and am on opiates to control pain. Hope to return to normal soon but Dr says it could take a while. Looks like I missed a fab day. See you soon, Di

Found this blog through Pennie's blog (The Great Hexagon Quilt Along)The posting brings back sweet memories while reading the name of the places you live in. Way back last century we lived in St. Ives for 4 years and I have been and seen many of the suburbs. I'll put this blog in my favorites list. Hope you don't mind me following your adventures.
