04 August 2018

A quiet winter's day at the Blue Gum.

Roz had one block completed and a second well underway of her Diary of A Quilter quilt by Leanne Beasley http://leanneshouse.typepad.com/leanneshouse/

Nicole was working on her counted cross stitch of an owl which will probably become a cushion.

Liz was working away on her long term stitchery project.

Irene was knitting and Emma was crocheting.

Lynne is still working on her little stitcheries.

Jill was working on a Catenary Arches applique mini quilt from the Slow Sewing Studio of Carolyn Friedlander. Carolyn also designs the fabrics for her quilts.

Joy was working on an applique block.

Marilyn, Bec and Stephanie were knitting

as was Jean

Glynis was still working on her pieced 3" hexagons.

Show and Tell

Only a couple of small items this month.

Liz had a lovely new needle case to show us.

Jean made this great Windowshopper Bag from a pattern by Bebebold with some precious Japanese fabrics left over from another project.

Until next time.
