06 August 2016
Always so much handwork going on during our Pub Days... from sewing, crocheting, knitting, applique and binding, it's all happening at the PUB!
Busy Busy hands.
Cath was finishing off her final border.
Glynis tells me this is the same block I photographed 5 weeks ago.... is it?
Heather was binding, binding...
Irene was crocheting from this basket full of goodies...
Joanne was knitting wrist warmers to keep her hands warm.
Lynne was binding her quilt.
Marilyn was binding as well.
Pennie was knitting a Teddy for one of my Grandchildren.
Penny was making another Lucy Boston block.
Rita was preparing these triangles to make some bunting for her Granddaughter.
Robyn was appliqueing this beautiful bird.
And... Stephanie was being very Ambidextrous not only knitting a shawl above but crocheting a rug below!

Show. Show and more Show!
Spectacular, Spectacular! No words of the vernacular, can describe this great quilt, I know you are now dumb with wonderment!
Okay, Okay so I have gone overboard a little... but this quilt of Heather's is very Spectacular! isn't it!
Beautiful little quilt for a small girl made by Lynne.
This is a great idea, these panels were meant to make a book but Marilyn used them to make this beaut quilt for her almost one year old grandson.
Here's another great idea... Rita made these two Cot Quilts for Hornsby Hospital by just using a fat quarter plus some borders.
Rita tells us that this quilt below is a one off, she's never doing what she calls 'Postage Stamps' again, far too much of a fiddle. This quilt is going to an Aussie Soldier.
Lovely soft crochet blanket for the cupboard Stephanie tells me :-)
