Everybody donated one or two fat quarters that they considered 'Ugly'. Jan Powell put these 'Uglies' into 17 bundles of 6 FQ's, then names were pulled out of a hat and 17 lucky SCQuilters won a bundle to take home and turn into something wonderful for the 2007 SCQ Christmas Party. The Famous Optic Moving Light, won (to use for only 12 months) by Melody Talon., originally uploaded by sydneyscquilters.
When turned on these Plastic Flowers move... they open and close with their tips twinkling with little optic lights. First 'won' by Pennie, it was then recycled and won by Judy Daggar she loved it for 12 months then recycled it for Melody Tallon to win in 2007... who will enjoy it in 2008!!
