Didn't we have a loverrrly time the day we went to the Blue Gum! And what a wonderful Show and Tell!

Irene L... is making this quilt for the new born grandson of one of her neighbours, the grandson lives in New York and his parents have an apartment all decked out in white and neutral... gorgeous quilt isn't it but we all wonder how much longer the apartment will stay white!

Marilyn R... saw a quilt just like this one on a wall in New Zealand so she took many photos and spent the rest of her trip buying fabrics to go in her copy... then a neighbour gave her lime green fabric in the middle that she'd bought in South Africa. A very international quilt eh!

Vicki is making a quilted jacket... the photo doesn't do it justice though. We expect to see Vicki wearing this to the Blue Gum next month.

(Front) Lynette... is making this quilt for a friend at work, these photos won't show you the detail that's gone into it... it is truly a magical very tactile quilt.

(Back)

(Detail) each square you see on the front of this quilt is just like this one...but there's more...

Kate C... Enormous quilt that her son has snaffled for his bed.

Kate C... A quilt for her Mum.
Jean's quilted Double Delight, just a little more binding to go on.

Lyn A... changing mat for friends grandchild.

Liz P... Cat block for she doesn't know who... but it was really the jumper I took the photo of, don't you just love it!

Lyn Wilson took the prize for the most number of quilts finished in one month... all for theAlzheimers Home in St Ives. Look at them all... 4 fractured 9 patch and one raggy.
